R13: Custom Subject Area Was Working But Disappeared (Doc ID 2444460.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Analytics

When attempting to run an analysis created yesterday using a Custom Subject Area (CSA), the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
"Either you do not have permission to use the subject area custExt0f8faee1_48b4_4d60_b50a_7c148c506354 within Answers, or the subject area does not exist."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. CSA was recent created
2. Created new analysis
3. Today when attempting to open, error occurs
4. CSA is not available in BI

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the created CSA
