Note:  This note is applicable to OTM on-premise version 6.4.3 and OTM Cloud version 18

How do you manually access servlets in OTM?  For example, when attempting to access the App Server Properties Servlet manually through the web browser URL by inputting https://<domainname.com>/GC3/glog.webserver.properties.PropertiesServlet , as was done in previous OTM versions, the following error is observed:
