Symptoms
The Environment is OCI-Classic. The application is running in Windows hosted in the Oracle Cloud OCI-Classic.
The Oracle Database server running in Oracle Linux hosted in the Oracle Cloud OCI -Classic. In the application log file, they are intermittently observing client disconnection.
In the application log, the ORA-03135 was reported Intermittently.
ORA-03135 connection lost contact Process ID: 18836 Session ID: 370 Serial number:52288
In the Database alert log file, TNS-00505 time out issue reported.
TNS-00505: Operation timed out
ns main err code: 12535
nt secondary err code: 110
nt OS err code: 0
Client address: (ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=<ip>)(PORT=59396))
