On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

Standard Subtabs+error message after creating account, change status and creating contacts

ERROR
-----------------------
"You cannot lock this record because it is already locked by another user"
An application error has occured. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed of the incident"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 - create an account
 - click save and continue
 - change status from active to inactive
 - change to subtabs contacts
 - create new contacts
 --> error message appears and the standard subtabs are shown
 --> click ok to close the error message
 --> save and close
--> another error message appears
