Review Workflow Field Not Available on Review Template

Symptoms
When viewing a Review Template, the Review Workflow field is not visible.
1. Select the Reviews tab.
2. Select the Review Templates option.
3. On the following page, locate the row containing the desired Review Template.
4. Click the View option for that row.
On the following page, the Review Workflow field is not visible:
