Goal

The Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is enabled in Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) and Cloud users are prompted for a second factor as part of the 2-Step Verification process. Due to a requirement of a cloud service side or address a authentication issue, we need to exclude the MFA from a specific user.
How we can disable the MFA in the specific user?
