Goal
DHCP is resetting custom entries in /etc/hosts files on instance reboot.
Customer set - 'PRESERVE_HOSTINFO=2" on /etc/oci-hostname.conf, to prevent DHCP from updating /etc/hosts file.
However, this is preventing DHCP from updating the resolv.conf file with the required search domains.
