Read only record on Outlook but Allowed to edit on SUI

How to avoid having Indirect records in Outlook? When opening such a record, users see message "Attention: You do not have full access rights to this record, limited data will be presented in Outlook." This is creating a lot of confusion for customer end users.Users are able to edit these records in SUI, but not in Outlook.

Outlook just shows Opportunities created by the logged user and Opportunities that the logged user is part of the team as direct records. Customer wants to get rid of this indirect records and prevent creating them as "read-only". Is there a way to do this?
