Goal

How to retrieve the users that have selfregistered but have not activated their account yet.

When a selfregister profile is created it can be done with the option activationEmailRequired set to true. See, Creating Self-Registered Profile. 

When that is done a user that register through that profile will not get his/her account activated until he/she verify her/his email with the instructions to active the account.
