Role required to maintain Banks, Branches and Bank Accounts (Doc ID 2445605.1)

Goal

We are trying to create a Custom Role for Bank Master set up only and nothing else for cash management. But when creating, we are not seeing the Duty roles:
Bank and Branch Management duty role
Bank Account Management Duty role
Which roles / privileges should be added to create this role?
