Goal

Parameters in Translate GL Balances have no validation.

The parameters in ESS job for Translate General Ledger Balances are not working.
There is no dependency of BSV on the chosen Ledgers. Even, the BSVs from other ledgers are coming in parameters.
Also, end dated or disabled BSVs are coming in parameters.
