Symptoms
The TAB does not display the error message when a cross validation rule is violated.
Due to this issue, generic error message does not help to solve the problem
and users have to analyze each segment of the accounting key.
Error
Line 1: Charge account cannot be generated for distribution 1. (POR-2010280)
Cause The transaction account definition, XXF02_TAB_PO was unable to create a
new account identifier.
Action Contact procurement application administrator.

Steps To Reproduce
1. Create a requisition.
2. Add Distribution accounts that do not satisfy cross validation rule set for the SLA.
3. Generic error message is displayed
