Web Service Timeout Error in Production

Seeing timeout error while invoking the ContactService > findContact method in PRODUCTION.

End point url :- https://xxxx.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com:44/crmService/ContactService

Error

The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Invoke findContact on ContactService.
2. Receiving the Gateway timeout.
