PAE Letters Incorrect (Doc ID 2446234.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR



The Pension Auto Enrollment letters are not correctly produced based on the information in the Pension Auto Enrollment calculation card.

The employees are  ‘entitled worker’ as they do not earn enough in their assessment in Aug 2018. The correct letter is produced which is letter P (Oracle’s terminology for the standard PAE letters).

The PAE process is then run again in Nov, which is after the 3 month postponement.

They are still  ‘entitled worker’, but they are now past the postponement window.

The letter which is being produced is still letter P.

It looks like the wrong template is being used after the 3 month postponement
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

 We would expect letter 3P to be generated whereas the letter which is being produced is still letter P.
