When a recruiter clicks to request the service, there is a pop-up that should lead to the vendor's site to allow filling out the request parameters.  However the pop-up is blank (empty), and the browser is frozen on that screen - the only option for the user is to X (exit) out. After this has occurred Taleo shows that screening was ordered, but the option to specify what needed to be ordered was never presented.

The problem occurs when using Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE), but not other browsers such as Chrome.


Patches and updates from Micrsoft had recently been applied.
