Symptoms
After running scheduled process "Autoprovision Roles for All Users", users reported security access issues. In reviewing the Manage User record and the Resource record, it is noted the incorrect resource role is displayed in Manage Users and multiple resource roles are listed in Resource Directory for the user.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to Sales Cloud application
2. Navigate to My Team > Manage Users
3. Search and edit a user
4. The Resource Role shows incorrect custom resource role
5. Navigate to Resource Directory
6. Search and edit a resource
7. On the Roles tab, multiple roles are listed
Due to this issue, users cannot access the application in many cases due to incorrect security role assignment.
