Recalculate Button Does Not Work on Cost Sheet (Doc ID 2446410.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The "Recalculate" button does nothing within Cost Sheets.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the "Recalculate" button to recalculate the costs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Prime Projects.
  2. Create a project.
  3. Import a CBS.
  4. Create a budget.
  5. Approve budget.
  6. Recalculate cost on Cost Sheet. Costs will not be recalculated to reflect new budget.
