Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud: When User Has Completed Course And Takes Course Again Wrong Offering Title Displayed (Doc ID 2446431.1)

When a user has completed a course, and the offering the learner completed the course in is no longer available (publish end date exceeded) when the learner tries to view the course again, the available offering title is the original offering title not the new offering title. If the original offering title is changed, the change is not reflected when the learner tries to view the course again.

Correct title to display

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log on as Learner and complete a course
2. At a later date log in and view a course whose end date has past that has been completed
3. See that the title is incorrect

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users see the incorrect title
