Symptoms
When clicking Draft link of EMA R2 ICSR report, an Error Dialog opens with the following error message.
＜Error Message＞
Error No:402000609 Description Case XXXXXXXXXX General error while creating ICSR report. Value of QUALIFICATION element does not satisfy the condition that it must exist as 1, 2 or 3 if primary reporter is HCP and as 4 or 5 if primary reporter is non-HCP. See report details.
* Case Form > General > Reporter type has the value "Physician" .
