Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Receiving

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Not able to find Transfer Order for receiving in the destination organization

Created Internal Requisition in the destination organization -> Transfer Order generated -> Transfer Order Shipped from source to destination org -> Cannot find the transfer order for receiving in destination org.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Able to check the Transfer order in the receiving org.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Create Direct organization transfer by creating transfer order from one org to other org within same business unit.
 check the box "Transfer order required" and select the transfer type as Direct,
 view the Receipt in the receiving organization.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete the receiving
