When Existing Template Name Is Changed, The New Name Does Not Get Reflected. (Doc ID 2446711.1)

Symptoms

On : 16.0.028 Cloud

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When any of the following template's template name (Application Administration -- Data Loading Template Configuration) is changed, the new template name does not get reflected in the respective upload from file screen.

1) Item Mater
2) Purchase Orders
3) Cost Changes
4) Replenishments

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected that the new template names would appear

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Application Administration - Data Loading Template Configuration.
2. Change the existing base template's name from "Item Master" to "Item Master Test".
3. Click “Save and Close”
4. Go to Items - Upload Items from File
5. Click on the Template Drop Down
6. Notice that new template is not reflected.

Same issue applies to Cost Changes, Purchase Orders, Replenishment and as well for any custom templates.
