Information in this document applies to any platform.
After upgrading environments, when attempting to log into an Oracle Cloud environment, either the user gets a blank screen, or the following error occurs:
JVM time zone (GMT0) does not match configured time zone (GMT) (with exception)
Clearing the browser cache does not correct the issue, but sometimes allows the user to log in.
