OAC-C: Report Results are Different than in the OnPremise Product

Symptoms
Issue 1) In the OAC instance, users are seeing blanks (NULL) in one of the amount columns. If there is account balance for the current period, then the prior period is null and visa versa. In some cases the subtotals tally up as if the numbers existed in the blank cells.
Issue 2) The subtotals for current and prior period are typically okay, but the variance column (calculated ago function) is incorrect.
Issue 3) In some instances, the data is aligned with the wrong period.
