OAC/OAAC : Oracle Analytics Cloud Instances Do Not List in PSM and Gives This Error instead :"Service type not found. Make sure the instance was registered properly" (Doc ID 2446928.1)

Symptoms

Issue Seen :

Login to MyServices/PSM portal.

Select Autonomous Analytics Cloud (OAAC) or Oracle Analytics Cloud Service (OAC) > Open Service Console.

This is supposed to list the existing Instances of OAC/OAAC Instances that already Exists.

Instead it does not list any Instance and gives this error "Service type not found. Make sure the instance was registered properly"
