SOAP For Recurring Opportunity Not Working (Doc ID 2446983.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Sales, Sales Catalog

When attempting to run SOAP WS on the payload to create recurring revenue


the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. You are creating Recurring Revenue item to Opportunity through WS
2. The SOAP Response fails

JBO-27025: Failed to validate attribute BuOrgId with value xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: java.lang.NullPointerException,
msg=null: null
JBO-27014: Attribute BuOrgId in RevenueEO is required.
