Goal
Launching DB System, display name needs to be entered in DB System Information.
Customer wants to know what characters cannot be used and what is the maximum number of characters for display name.
As per OCI Documentation under Using the Console - To launch a DB system,
Display Name: A friendly, display name for the DB system. The name doesn't need to be unique. An Oracle Cloud Identifier (OCID) will uniquely identify the DB system.
