Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Global Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
If we Run Quickpay by selecting one or More element(s),Quickpay processes elements which is not selected for processing while submitting quickpay.

Or

Quickpay with Element selection results in inconsitent results.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
expect to be able to select/ Deselect elements from Quickpay and get proper results.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change the Date Earned
2. Try Excluding/including the element from quickpay


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Run Quickpay by excluding few elements
