Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud: Confirmation Message Not Displayed On The Page After Registering For Course Offering (Doc ID 2447718.1)

​When the employee registers for a course offering, after clicking the "Register" button, the confirmation page is not showing any message that the registration was successful. This might confuse the users as they don't know if the registration was successful or not. In addition, no immediate emails or notifications are sent to user about the registration confirmation.
