Unable To View Previous Logs (Doc ID 2447846.1)

Goal

It is not possible to view the MCS custom API logs for previous dates.
Are these being deleted by MCS itself?
There is an ongoing Production issue, for which the MCS logs are required but the logs for the past dates are not available.
Is there a way to retrieve those logs?
