Error when Opening Zip File Containing Downloaded Snapshot as ""Windows cannot open the folde" in Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) Application

Information in this document applies to any platform.
User manually created a backup of FCCS application and saved it to local drive. When try to double-click the .zip file to open it gets an error
"Windows cannot open the folder -- The compressed (zipped) folder <filename> is invalid."
For some older zip files (i.e., previous months' snapshot backup files), the file opens successfully and can view the contents in a zip window.
