Error 'Unable to initialize UCR Repository' or 'The system could not process your request' When Opening an Attachment in Unifier (Doc ID 2448057.1)

Symptoms

When users attempt to open attachments in Unifier, the following error occurs:

The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases

The following can also be found in the Unifier log file:

skire.dm.ucr.UCRService> Unable to initialize UCR Repository.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:Select New Frontier Wind Project (NFW) tab

  1. Log in to Unifier.
  2. Attempt to Open an attached file.
