FA:SCM:MFG Movement Request Pick Slip Report is Not Displaying All the Work Order Components Required

Symptoms
Movement Request Pick Slip Report does not show all work order components.
After user created a work order and released using
'Release and Pick Materials' button movement request pick slip report
shows only few components instead of showing all the components/ingriedients
required to process all the operations in the work order. Some of the
components are picked successfully. However, the movement request line
for other components is in closed status on component picking.
For example:
Work Order: xxxx
Total Components: 50
Components with Onhand: 10
Components without Onhand: 40
Movement request is created for 50 lines. 10 Lines are successfully picked
and other 40 lines in the movement request that are not picked and are in
closed status. Print Movement Request Pick Slip Report shows only 10 items.
Remaining 40 movement request lines are created with closed status.
