Symptoms

When attempting to save changes to a Company and setting it to Inactive, the following error occurs:

ERROR

Unable to Save Changes
An unknown error has occurred.
PRM - 000000041


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
   1. Update a Company.
   2. Set the status of the Company to "Inactive".
   3. Attempt to save changes.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, Company cannot be set to Inactive.
