Project Plan Warning - The Date For An Associated Transaction Is Outside The Task Assignment Dates (Doc ID 2448286.1)

Qn1:On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Plan Project-Define Project Staffing Plan

We have multiple exceptions/ warnings on Manage Financial Project Plan for a Project and tasks. We are unable to find any such transaction with date outside of task assignment dates via Manage Costs page.

For an example - Task# 90.05 for resource 'Sub Contractors' with Period 'Dec-17' shows the warning -
The date for an associated transaction is outside the task assignment start date (10/2/17 12:00 AM) or end date (11/30/17 12:00 AM).  Details - Optionally, modify the task assignment dates to include the transaction date 12/1/17 12:00 AM.
