On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Contract Authoring

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Not able to Create Contract in Environment

Not able to create any Contract in Environment. After providing required values at Contract creation page when we click on 'Save and Continue' then we are getting Blank page and contract is not getting created.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Contract should be created with the information provided on the Create page

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Contract Object
2. Click Create Contract
3. Provide required fields
4. Click "Save and Continue"
5. White screen presented to the user

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create contracts through the UI
