Symptoms

Both when triggered via Agent and Manually, OTM will not calculate European VAT on Invoices

Navigation: Financials -> Payment Invoice Management -> Payment Invoice -> Select Invoice ID

Actions: Actions -> Financials -> Taxes -> Calculate VAT receive Error:
