This applies for CX Cloud Mobile and Office 365 since both applications rely on REST services.
Custom FCL (fixed choice list) field constrained by standard parent FCL field does not work as expected in CX Cloud mobile, it’s values do not get filtered based on the parent value.
For example, activity subtype created as a custom FCL dependent on parent standard FCL activity Type does not show correct values in CX mobile app, or the record save does not work.
This document outlines a workaround for custom child FCL dependent on parent standard FCL to display correct values in CX mobile.
Note: Custom FCL field dependent on custom parent FCL field works fine in CX mobile; the child values are constrained by the parent values as expected. This document does not apply to custom child - custom parent FCL pairing.
