Symptoms

On Prime Projects:  Cloud: Administration

When attempting to add new users, the following error occurs.

ERROR


Unable to create partner user.
An unknown error has occurred.
PRM - 000000000


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. From within Prime Projects, access the Global Admin dialog.
  2. From the Companies tab, select desired company.
  3. In the Users pane, click on Add, provide user details and save changes by clicking on the Add button.


BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, new users cannot be added.
