System Allowing Item Alternate Code Scan In Create IBLPN (Doc ID 2448772.1)

Goal

The user scanned the item alternate code in the RF transaction and the system recognized the item and created the IBLPN.
However, there's no alternate item barcode configured in the ItemBarcode screen.
And there's no other item whose barcode equals this item's item alternate code.
And we don't think there's a hidden parameter for the system to accept an item's item alternate code as its barcode in RF scanning.
