We have enabled [Connected Mobile Sales Access] for Sales Rep role, but still, the users are not able to log in Oracle CRM On Demand Connected Mobile Sales application in the mobile phone.
1. Why are users with the role Sales Rep unable to log in?
2. Why do some fields not get displayed for Contact and Opportunity objects?
