Symptoms

Customer Hierarchy Member Jobs going to Unsuccessful

Not able to rerun Customer Hierarchy Member job if the same job went to unsuccessful before.After rerunning the job its going to unsuccessful again. User has already checked that there is no data issue and file format issue.First time it went to unsuccessful as the job ran twice.When tried to rerun the job its going to unsuccessful again and again.Looks like first instance of the job execution is still active which is preventing it from rerunning the jobs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit Customer hierarchy member job
2. Ending in error
