Outlook: Remove "New Sales Cloud Item" Drop Down Option (Doc ID 2449034.1)

Goal

Is it possible to remove the "New Sales Cloud Item" option from the Outlook for all users?
I have tried below steps. But this is applicable for only one user not for all users
File-->Options-->Customize Ribbon-->Right panel(Main Tabs)-->Remove
