Symptoms
After having added a NOTIFY step in a custom agent, you don't receive any email notification.
Steps you have configured:
- a contact in OPER domain with EMAIL as a #1 rank contact com method
- a NOTIFY action in a custom agent
- glog.workflow.notify.advisor.email property populated with "otm-no-reply@oracle.com" value in the CUSTOM property set
- glog.workflow.notify.advisor.name property populated with "G-Log Advisor" value in the CUSTOM property set
