On : 11.12.1.0.0 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------
When attempting to correct the assignment details for the person number - xxxxx from Manage Employment UI, the transaction gets failed. It shows "Failed with Errors routing participants"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------
Expected to correct the assignment details on Manage Employment page.

ERROR

Failed with Errors routing participants. Logs showed the error - 

An error occurred while processing the data. Cancel and reenter the transaction.&lt;/TEXT>&lt;CAUSE>&lt;/CAUSE>&lt;ACTION>&lt;/ACTION>&lt;DETAILS>&lt;/DETAILS>&lt;INCIDENT>&lt;/INCIDENT>&lt;/MESSAGE></tns:message><tns:severity>SEVERITY_ERROR</tns:severity><tns:detail xsi:type="tns:ServiceErrorMessage"><tns:code>PER:::PER_EMCOR_MISSING_ASG_ERR</tns:code><tns:message>JBO-PER:::PER_EMCOR_MISSING_ASG_ERR: &lt;MESSAGE>&lt;NUMBER>PER-1531806&lt;/NUMBER>

STEPS
-------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion Applications.
2. Navigate to Person Management
3. Search for person number - abcd
4. Go the Manage Employment UI.
5. Select the Assignment row and click on Edit > Correct. Correct the attributes and click on Submit.

The issue is happening for 1 employee with person numbers

Customer is expecting for a permanent fix of the issue in POD XXXX.
