Unreconciled Statement Lines Unavailable For Reconciliation (Doc ID 2449460.1)

For one bank statement we have two statement lines that are unreconciled when we search for the bank statement in 'manage bank statements'. But when we go to manual reconciliation they are not available for reconciliation. There exist two external cash transaction for the exact same amounts. These are voided. Possible this has something to do with this issue.

The statement lines are for € 21.000 and € 78.000. This are signifcant numbers that affect our results.
