Goal

The customer is trying to create a custom measure.
Just for example, the customer wants to create over-consumption measure, which will hold the difference between gross forecast and SO, provided SO value is not null, else it will copy the gross forecast value.
Initially the customer tried to achieve this using 'IF', but if was only displaying the difference and was not working for false condition. However the customer was able to achieve this measure using other function, but they want to use IF in future, hence wants to understand the functionality.
