Tracking Inbound Calls

Information in this document applies to any platform.
I just wanted to check if there is any way to track all the inbound calls made to oracle sales cloud.
If this can be done, I need to understand if we can invoke any action based on an inbound query to OSC.
I understand that we can invoke action if some update is made in OSC. But wanted to check the case where in there isn't any update but just a query happens in sales cloud.
