Expected Result: Managing application access through Cloud Administration should enable and allow a user to login to Unifier.
Actual Result: The following excerpt is returned in Cloud Administration trying to manage the user's application access:
[ApplicationProvisionServiceImpl] - unassigning Application Access failed : PrimaveraUnifierProduction due to Error while deleting user :
[UserResourceApi] - Revoking Application Access failed for user USERNAME
[UserResourceApi] - Completed unassigning of Application Access...
Also, the following is returned when the user attempts to login: System not available. Please contact your system administrator
