Symptoms
After the Upgrade experiencing a failure creating Order releases through the Integration.
Complete the upload of an XML to Create Order Release through Navigation Business Process Automation> Integration> upload XML
Then Check the Transmission Manager, acknowledge the XML upload processed successfully.
Then check to see if the Order Release is Created.However the Order Release is not created.
Then check the log file for the processed transmission, and the log shows the following error message
