On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Item Management

Item defined in other than base UoM throws an error during transaction
Item with single UoM - but a non base UoM - system does not allow such items for transactions. Where as, an item with two UoMs from different classes, system allows in any UoM from those two classes. See attachment.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create TON unit of measure with base unit as KG ( 1 TON = 1000KG )
2. Create an item with TON as primary UOM
3. Create a miscellaneous transaction
3. Notice the given error
